Refund policy

At croché, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. To maintain fairness and transparency, we offer exchanges only, with the following terms:
• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
• Only one exchange is allowed per order.
• Delivery charges will be the customer’s responsibility for sending the item back to us. Croché will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to the customer (one time only).
• Sale items, customized orders, and accessories are not eligible for exchange.
